HERTZ Cento Pro 6.5" 2-Way Component Speaker - Pair (Cpk 165)

The Hertzaudio Cento Pro CPK 165 PRO car audio system includes the CP 165woofer and the CP 25 tweeter with Tetolon dome and 25 mm voice coil, features ensuring a very wide and linear frequency response. The CP 25 employs the “Center Tuning Duct” technology: the tunnel at the center of the powerful Neodymium magnetic circuit, ensures low-temperature air exchange between the dome and the rear loading chamber, perfectly tuning the acoustics. The resulting very low resonance frequency is also functional for the woofer crossover point, elevating the sound stage. The sophisticated design of the mobile group and suspensions of the CP 165 woofer, featuring a 60Hz calibrated resonance frequency, ensures a medium-low power with excellent punch, making listening to rich low frequency genres a unique experience. The basket is consistent with the family-feeling of the Mille line with the addition of damping and protective rubber. The cone material is inherited from the Mille Pro, as well as the suspension butyl rubber and the Tetolon fiber of the tweeter dome. These materials have excellent damping and lightness characteristics, producing a balanced sound without resonance peaks. The gift box includes the woofers grilles made of a combination of metallic mesh and high resistance ABS plastic frame. The combination of these two elements allows the user to customize the installation with a sophisticated and elegant design.

Where We Ship

We ship to all Australian states and territories, including PO Boxes. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Shipment Processing

We aim to dispatch orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME] AEST on a business day the same business day, where stock is on hand. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if a product needs to be sourced from our distributor, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia to most metropolitan addresses. Bulky or heavy items — such as large subwoofers, multiple amplifiers, or full system shipments — may attract an additional freight surcharge, which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Remote and regional addresses may also attract additional freight depending on the courier.

Estimates are guidelines provided by our courier partners. Delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Carriers

We dispatch via [COURIER PARTNERS]. Carrier selection depends on order size, weight and destination.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We can ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers, subject to carrier and item size restrictions. Bulky items may not be deliverable to these addresses; if that's the case for your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [EMAIL] or call [PHONE] within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

As we ship within Australia only, no customs duties apply. GST is included in all prices displayed on the site.

Click and Collect

Sydney customers can collect online orders directly from our Northern Beaches showroom by selecting "Click and Collect" at checkout, subject to stock availability. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation.

Installation Customers

If your order includes installation at our Sydney workshop, products are held at the workshop and not shipped. We will contact you to confirm your installation booking.
