Voce II Series - Giving Sound It's True Voice
Representing a monumental leap forward in car audio innovation, the Voce II range is directly inspired by Audison's superb flagship Thesis series. So when Audison claim that the Voce II range is born from Thesis excellence; you can rest assured it's not just some hastily conjured marketing hype. Indeed every component of the Voce II line has been developed with the same meticulous methodology that made Audison's Thesis range famous around the world. Employing advanced acoustic simulation software throughout the entire design process, the Voce II components then underwent a rigorous regime of electrical, physical, acoustical and comparative listening tests; both in-lab and in-car. This refinement process ensures that Voce II range delivers uncompromising audio performance, while remaining practical and versatile to satisfy the high-end car audio enthusiast.

Asked recently what the Voce II range stood for, technical director Luca Girotti explained "Voce II, the second generation of our iconic Voce line of speakers, challenged ourselves to rethink how we design, test and manufacture speakers. We've revamped materials, supply chains, assembly techniques and packaging. Our goal was to "unlearn” in order to further innovate, and to "reinforce our expertise" where we knew we were on the right track. This dedication ensures that every aspect of Voce II range not only meets but exceeds the sophisticated demands of today's car audio enthusiasts."

Where We Ship

We ship to all Australian states and territories, including PO Boxes. We do not currently ship outside Australia.

Shipment Processing

We aim to dispatch orders placed before [CUT-OFF TIME] AEST on a business day the same business day, where stock is on hand. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or if a product needs to be sourced from our distributor, dispatch may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email or phone.

Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia to most metropolitan addresses. Bulky or heavy items — such as large subwoofers, multiple amplifiers, or full system shipments — may attract an additional freight surcharge, which will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Remote and regional addresses may also attract additional freight depending on the courier.

Estimates are guidelines provided by our courier partners. Delays can occasionally occur and are outside our control.

Carriers

We dispatch via [COURIER PARTNERS]. Carrier selection depends on order size, weight and destination.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.

Shipping to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers

We can ship to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers, subject to carrier and item size restrictions. Bulky items may not be deliverable to these addresses; if that's the case for your order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [EMAIL] or call [PHONE] within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange replacement or refund as appropriate. Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Lost Parcels

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can investigate with the courier.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

As we ship within Australia only, no customs duties apply. GST is included in all prices displayed on the site.

Click and Collect

Sydney customers can collect online orders directly from our Northern Beaches showroom by selecting "Click and Collect" at checkout, subject to stock availability. We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation.

Installation Customers

If your order includes installation at our Sydney workshop, products are held at the workshop and not shipped. We will contact you to confirm your installation booking.
